The past 2 weekends we spent some time at a cabin on Lake Amelia near Villard. Spaniers had a cabin rented for the week so we took Taylor on her first mini vacation. She LOVED it!! We had a great time at the lake as well, even though it isn't much of a vacation with a one year old. A few late nights at the campfire and early mornings because Taylor is on an early morning routine, left mom and dad a bit tired after vacation!!Taylor had her first lake experience. She loved the water and wasn't afraid to walk in up to her chin!! She also loved playing in the sand, walking on the dock, and the pontoon rides.
Thank you Spaniers for the great week at the lake - hopefully next year we can come and stay longer!!
